TCS Superintendent and School Board welcomes students
On Tuesday, August 3, 2021 the TCS Board of Education voted to require all students, staff, and visitors, while indoors, to wear face coverings on all TCS campuses and while participating in all indoor school sponsored activities.
The Board approved a 45-day (first 9 weeks) timeframe after which the they will reevaluate and determine either to extend, modify, or remove the face covering requirement.
As always, TCS decisions regarding safety and health are based upon public health data as provided by experts in the health care field. The decisions made by the Board are in the best interest of safety, educational growth, academic achievement, and student equity.
Superintendent Dr. Catherine Gentry and the Board of Education welcomes students to the 2021-2022 school year in BULLDOG NATION beginning on Monday, August 16, 2021.
