Annual Halloween Safe Alternative event to be held Oct. 31
Lexington, NC – October 18, 2023 – Anything For Our Youth Group, and The American Legion – Banks & Miller Post #255 will host its annual Halloween Safe Alternative Event on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. This free event is open to youth of all ages and their families.
Attendees can enjoy a variety of activities, including:
Trick-or-treating
Costume contest
Games
Music
Food
The event is a safe and fun way for children to celebrate Halloween. There will be plenty of adult supervision and security.
“We are excited to partner with the American Legion to host this annual event,” said Tina Royal, Director of AFOY. “It is a great way for children to celebrate Halloween in a safe and fun environment, as we continue our mission of bridging the gap between our youth and older adults."
