A Lexington Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on Saturday, May 25 on West 7th Avenue for an expired registration plate. The driver of the vehicle, later identified as Antonio Cruz, age 20 of Lexington, failed to stop initially and pulled into a driveway in the 100 block.
